Lemon-y Morning Immunity Drink

In this video, I show you an easy and tasty way to boost your immunity in the mornings. Drink this refreshing drink in the morning or anytime to boost your immunity in a delicious way! Enjoy!




INGREDIENTS

2 cups of water

1/2 lemon cut into quarters (peel and all!)

1/2 inch of ginger peeled and roughly chopped

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of honey or your favorite sweetener (optional. add more sweetener according to your preference)


INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!


A LITTLE ADVICE...

If your blender is not a high-speed blender, and your drink is not as smooth as you would like it, just strain it. If you're like me none of that even matters and you enjoy the pulp and all! Yum!
